I made two hats to donate to the Walla Walla Valley Academy auction. They're so cute! The color in this photo isn't perfect. Hoping to get some cleaner photos soon!

I just got my new You by Crocs heels. I found them at 6pm.com, and they're absolutely gorgeous! I've never had a pair of heels that I can wear all day; they're so comfortable! Sadly, they were out of the gorgeous orange color in my size.

 I checked on the Crocs website and there are some more really cute You by Crocs dress shoes. I especially like the Liddles boots. However, anything over 2.5 inches is too tall for me. Sadly, the heels they have right now are just too much for me. I can't wait to see more from You by Crocs! They're wonderful!

Ups and downs

I finished a super cute purple octopus this week!! I love it. Working on a bit smaller blue one. However, I'm temporarily giving up on the development of a shark beanie. Just can't get the teeth right! I'll have to try again later when I'm less frustrated.

Sets

I'm working on a new project this week. I purchased a few different baby outfits and I'm going to create matching hats for each outfit. These would be great gifts for baby showers or birthdays! More pictures to come.

I realized today that summer is almost gone, so I started working on a new design that represents summer to me. It's not complete yet, but you'll be able to find the final version in my Etsy store (aidensspark.etsy.com). This hat was a special order for a young girl battling leukemia. I had never made a horse before. It turned out perfect and brought a smile to a brave little girl's face.

The first hats I ever made were monkey hats. A friend of mine had purchased a monkey hat for her one year old. I thought it was absolutely adorable, and I wanted to make my own version with a few changes. Here are my hats. I've made them in many different colors for both boys and girls. Here are just a few.

My sister first asked me to make her one of these headbands. She had seen pictures of similar ones in a  magazine. She asked me to figure out how to make one so she could keep her ears warm in the winter especially when she wears her hair up.
